Project Management Office

Project Management Office or PMO is a small unit comprise of 8 staffs employed to act as a secretariat to the Port Klang Integrated Coastal Management Program. We liaise and monitor the day-to-day operational execution of the project components. This include selection, appointment and monitoring of contractors, consultant and partners in the contracts awarded. In accomplishing this, we maintain a close rapport with the Regional Program Office in Manila as well as each governmental, private and NGOs in the Port Klang area. This is essential as their support and cooperation is vital in making the vision and mission of this project achievable and be shared among all the stakeholders.

Our office is located at the Selangor Waters Management Authority premises at Level 12, Darul Ehsan Building, Shah Alam, Selangor.
