NOTICE OF SELANGOR WATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY (LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020
It is informed that the Selangor State Executive Council (MMKN) has approved the amendment in the Selangor Water Management Authority (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. The amendment to the regulations is to Regulation 8 (6) that is' if an application for renewal made after the expiry of the license, the Director may refuse to renew the license or may renew subject to the imposition of a late fee not exceeding ten ringgit for each day of delay '.
