Functions and Roles of the Licensing Unit

  • Coordinate all applications, issuance and monitoring of licenses regulated by the Board. The following is a list of referenced licenses:

    • Groundwater Abstraction License
    • Surface Water License
    • Written permission for Source Change activities
    • Pollutant Entry and Release License
    • Inland Waterway Navigation License
    • Water Diversion License for Electricity Generation
